Key Takeaways:

We are currently working on the key takeaways for this article. They will be available soon.

Let’s meet our rising entrepreneur Swasti Mehta, founder of Pudina Punch. Swasti is a 27-year-old girl based in Mumbai and was diagnosed with Down syndrome at the time of her birth. At an early age, Swasti marked her hold on the 4 different languages English, Marathi, Hindi, and Gujarati which also motivated her parents to do something for her in an attempt to build her skills. By the age of 14, her homeschooling started and she was learning to dance, cook, and much more through online and offline workshops.

The year 2020 was an actual turning point for Swasti and her family where Swasti learned something new that kept her family occupied during the lockdown. She started experimenting with cooking and made some drinks like smoothies for her family and with their constant support, Swasti launched a brand called Pudina Punch. Swasti’s Pudina drink is not an ordinary drink but is very useful in digestion and acidity-related problems.

The start was not profitable but she didn’t give up. Her brother helped Swasti set up her Social Media Accounts which gave pudina punch huge exposure. Swasti started with making just 2-3 bottles of Pudina Punch but now sells approximately 20-30 bottles per day all over the country.

Apart from making these refreshing drinks, she loves watching Indian Primetime Television show Tarak Mehta ka Ulta Chashma and also have been featured in many of the articles.

Swasti is one of the brilliant examples of women’s empowerment and a great inspiration for all those upcoming entrepreneurs who are dreaming of following their passions.
