Key Takeaways:
We are currently working on the key takeaways for this article. They will be available soon.

The audio below is the discussion on the importance of reaching out in the hour of need.

The conversation in the audio above is on the importance of self-care.

This audio is by Saarthi, a support network of siblings of children/adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities(IDD) and other disabilities. In this support network community siblings can connect with other siblings, voice out their experiences and share their journey. They can also share tips that helped them along, and seek mental health support. The audio on developing understanding with parents of children with special needs.  is part of a series, Baatei Karo, an activity for siblings and their parents where they can have conversations on understanding the roles of siblings, their future and also discussing their inner thoughts.

You can also listen to audio on different perspectives: Parents VS Siblings.

Acknowledgement: We would like to thank Piyush Mishra for their guidance in content creation for the audio on Reaching out in the hour of need.
