  The next ion of the India International Down Syndrome Conference is happening at The Lalit, Chandigarh from the 19th of September till the 22nd of September 2019. This event is an amalgamation of the Conference and Hamsafar Meet. For registration details please visit http://iidsc.co.in/ REGISTRATION FOR THOSE STAYING AT THE LALIT COST IS RS. 15,500/- FOR A FAMILY OF 3 – PARENTS AND A CHILD UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE This includes ·         All meals starting from Lunch on the 19th of September 2019 till breakfast on the 22nd of September 2019. ·         Conference attendance fees ·         Conference kit. Additional Information ·         For Children over 5 years – whether a person with Down syndrome or otherwise, the cost is Rs. 3000/- per day ·         For a family of 3 where the child/children are above 5 years, they have to pay Rs. 3000/- per day. THIS AMOUNT HAS TO BE PAID TO THE HOTEL AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. HOTEL WILL BE INFORMED TO COLLECT THIS AMOUNT FROM THE DELEGATE DIRECTLY ·         100 rooms have been blocked for the event and will be provided on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. ·         Payments need to be made in advance to the Down Syndrome Association of Tamilnadu for allocation of rooms at THE LALIT FOR LOCAL DELEGATES WHO WOULD NOT BE STAYING FOR THE EVENING ·         The COST IS RS. 4000/- PER PERSON FOR 2 DAYS ·         This includes the 2 teas and lunch only ·         The cost is the same for all delegates ·         Delegates registering only for the conference ATTEND THE CONFERENCE ONLY AND HAVE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES BY 4 P.M WHEN THE CONFERENCE ENDS. ·         People are encouraged to select Option 1 if they want to be a part of the Hamsafar events too.
