Internship – Impact Assessment Intern

Posted on: 09/02/2026
Department: Outreach
Position type: Full Time

Who we are

In 2015, Nayi Disha’s journey began with a core belief that family caregivers are the true changemakers in the lives of their children. For the past 10 years, we have been focused on building a thriving and evolving community and ecosystem where parents and caregivers are well-informed, guided and supported.

Our work tells the story of thousands of caregivers who have found strength, support, and solidarity in moments of confusion and isolation. It’s the story of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) whom we aim to keep empowering with better access to services, verified information, and awareness of their rights. It’s also the story of communities coming together, supporting each other and of professionals guiding with empathy and their expertise, and of ecosystems slowly becoming more inclusive.

Why work with US

To provide hope and support to parents as primary caregivers of children touched by autism, down syndrome and other developmental disabilities.

To build an evolving ecosystem and a strong interactive community of all stakeholders including health and education providers, non-governmental organizations, and other families.

To drive the reach countrywide through the power of digital technology and innovation, in an understood language
