Disputes

The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.

During this Journey he suffered from failure because of less numbers of special athletes in his sports academy, also parents had not shown much interest. But in spite of such conditions, Sh. Bhupendra Bhatt is still working for the disabled athletes. At present They provides sports field, kit, training for particular sports, and physical fitness of the athlete. Sh. Bhupendra Bhatt and his team is devoted for it and have passion to bring up and explore the athlete, hidden in a disabled person. I hereby PROPOSE all parents of disabled child that there is no any other person like Bhupendra Bhatt, who have knowledge of sports as well as disabilities. Please join him and develop the physical fitness, and sporting skill and sporting spirit in your child. In the era of competition even for the normal athletes. Only and only one ray of light to inspire the disabled child to become an athlete in and at BHOPAL is BHUPENDRA BHATT. Please join them. In favor of your own child."
