Disputes

The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.

We are consulting Dr Ramesh for our son since 2017 for his treatment as he has been diagnosed with dystonia. Initially we consulted movement disorder specialist in Bengaluru as there is no specialist specifically Pediatric Dystonia available in India. Later we started consulting Dr Lokesh neurologist at Rainbow Hyderabad as we stay in Hyderabad. Dr Lokesh later referred us. When we first consulted Dr Ramesh, I found him to be soft n humble. He patiently listened to history (which is very much needed) to understand case. He watched videos (asked by doctors to record) . He asked us to continue with the medication and added one for relaxation as continue movement of neck causes anxiety n stress. Since then we started consulting Dr Ramesh on regular basis as he is approachable on whatsapp doesn't require physical presence and available in case of emergency which is very important for my son and parent too. He timely suggested whether to go for new vaccination or not. Latest Genetic test. MRI to know any changes and referred schools for my son. Once there was seminar conducted on dystonia by Pediatric Doctor from Malaysia in Pune. Doctors arranged for walking after seminar. Through this one can conclude that he goes out of way for treatment.Due to which I am pretty relaxed n able to manage health issues of my son.
