Disputes

The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.
Nayi Disha ParentPublished on: November 27, 2025When I went with my kid, madam initially checked my kid and suggested to go for therapy one by one, so initially we started with behavior later we moved to speech. Because in that environment kid needs to adjust and take time. Later we observed some changes in our kid, and he is improving a lot with the current on-going therapies from the center. Initial assessment from the professional is most important is what I feel and they will understand how the kid can cope up to the therapies.
