"Hi All Not sure where this message reaches to but the message to be conveyed is -- Insync has been changing their managing / governing bodies right from the start (from Aditi, to Tez, to Siri and now Sandhya) Insync was incepted approx. 3-4 yrs back and during this course of time 5 managing authorities have been replaced/changed. Managing authorities are not with the organization for single year in continuation. Every time there is a new person, there are new set of rules and this causes a lot of problems to the parents. They are not concerned about probable issues that parents face due to this. Unfortunately they are extremely commercialized/ pseudo and are only concerned how to pilfer money from parents. Concerns: Management does not understand that Autism kids have Sleeping disorders/ health issues/ behavioral issues/mood swings for which the child is unable to attend the session. They will charge the money if the session is not attended. Being a center for Autism kids they are not understanding the issues faced by autism kids, so how will they justify the intervention? This is harassment for Autism Parents!! Once they align 1 therapist to a kid then after few days when the kids starts coping with the therapist, they will either change the therapist, saying that there are no available slots or worse even therapist's leave the organization. The whole routine starts all over again for the kid to cope up with new therapists. In the fray to earn more money they have recruited staff who can handle only kids of a specific age group (2.5 yrs to 7 yrs) however they have given admission to kids who are beyond that specified age group. How are they dealing with such kids? What tools are they using ? What methods are they adopting? What interventions are being done? Nothing is shared with parents and they are not open to discussion for the progress of the child. All they care about is 45 min Rs 1000 for therapy class. Where 35 min is with the kid and rest 10 mins are for the ""Negative Feedback"" from therapist to parents.(What the child cannot do) Parents are given homework and 15 min is spent by the therapist writing homework for the kids. Therapist come generally 5-7 min late to the session. So eventually a parent lands up paying 1000Rs for 25-30 min and this is approx. Rs 33 per min. Therapists are not with a proper certification like BCBA cert/ specialized certification / Higher certifications for dealing with Autism kids. Using primitive methods for intervention and are unaware of the latest therapy techniques. No proper OT (excepting 1) Therapists themselves tell parents that they are coaxed and strangulated. All in All, once the kid crosses the age group they land up saying there is no more tools available for them at their center, and they are asking the parents to get the tools as in books / puzzles/ activity kits/ etc. from their side Sadly parents realize that now they have no where to go as their kids early learning stages were butchered by Insync. Managing Authorities Behavior: Sandhya Reddy is a person who has taken over from Siri (earlier managing Insync) She has no idea about what she is taking about and how to deal with parents. She is outright unprofessional and is extremely rude in her approach."
