Disputes

The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.

She has been great help for us and we see lots of positive changes in him. She not only just look for academics betterment but overall development of the child , she makes a very quick connection with children and pour her heart out in her work. She improvises her tasks/activities as per the child needs/level which not only boosts the child’s morale but also at the same time keeping it challenging enough to keep up the learning .We see huge improvement in social engagement in our son .She has also been counselling and guiding us as parent / family to handle a child on spectrum. We feel blessed to have Benazir ma'am for our son.
