Disputes

The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.
Dr. Sungyani TripathyPublished on: February 14, 2025I started my kid behavior therapy on 2021 February. Aruna mam had done his assessment, and she gave me some that has to achieve for Vivaansh. Slowly I can see a lots of improvement on him, his language has developed much due to which his behavior issues are reducing. One more strong and positive way of Aruna madam is that she always gives positive solutions for the kids, as a parent she never harassed any parents. I really appreciate her way of behaving and teaching to kids.
