Disputes
If any dispute arises between you and Nayi Disha Resource Centre during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator who shall be nominated and appointed by Nayi Disha Resource Centre. The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.
RupaliPublished on: February 26, 2025I love Dr Smita Awasthi and her entire ABA Program. We were with her Mumbai Team from 2020 till 2022 and had seen tremendous progress in my son. However, we had to move back to USA because of husband's job commitments and to my surprise I juggled with all good ABA and non ABA based schools and private ABA center in New Jersey. My son had horrible time. Here in BMI, I found out that all important child's goal related decision were taken by Dr Awasthi. We had two different BCBAs working with my son as initially, we had virtual sessions because of Covid. Then we switched to center sessions. The entire program was set discussed, monitored and periodically evaluated by Dr Smita Awsathi.
