Job Purpose<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an HR Associate, your role is to lead key HR initiatives while supporting the organization\u2019s mission.  You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and  ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will work closely with leadership to cultivate a thriving work  environment that fosters growth and inclusivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HR Operations and Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining  employee records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Oversee the payroll process, leave management, and employee benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Create and update HR policies in line with organizational growth and changing regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Good understanding of HRMS \u2013 Keka is a must  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and plan hiring accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Develop job descriptions and implement strategic hiring plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee Engagement and Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work  environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Conduct regular check-ins and pulse surveys to address employee concerns and improve  retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learning & Development (L&D)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Develop and implement the Learning and Development plan, focusing on role-specific and  growth-related training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and webinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Collaborate with department heads to define KPIs and align training programs with  organizational goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Facilitate the performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual  appraisals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide guidance on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and support managers in their  implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Support managers in coaching and developing their teams for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HR Metrics and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Prepare HR reports for leadership and provide insights for decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing trends and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desired Profile<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Strong understanding of  HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Proficiency in HRMS, – specifically KEKA<\/strong>, payroll  systems,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Knowledge of talent  management, recruitment strategies, and learning & development programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Excellent interpersonal and  communication skills (both written and oral).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Strong organizational and  multitasking abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Conflict resolution, problem solving, and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Ability to build relationships at  all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Prior experience in a non-profit organization is desirable<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Experience in managing teams and leading HR projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
