We have an exciting journey ahead at Nayi Disha and a &nbsp;vibrant, committed,&nbsp;and enthusiastic team with a supportive work culture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Job Purpose<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive \u2013 Service Provider Directory (SPD) will support the onboarding, verification, and engagement of service providers across Nayi Disha\u2019s national directory. The role involves outreach, coordination, provider communication, profile verification, and maintaining accurate records to ensure families can access reliable support services across India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The individual will work closely with internal teams and service providers, helping strengthen the provider network across therapists, educators, hospitals, NGOs, schools, therapy centres, and other stakeholders supporting individuals with IDD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Joining Timeline &#8211;&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>Immediate joiners preferred \/ within 30 days<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Job Description<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Provider Outreach &amp; Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Reach out to service providers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and networking activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support onboarding and registration of new providers on the directory platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in expanding the provider network across different regions, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with providers for profile completion and required documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Quality Check (QC) &amp; Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support verification and quality check processes for provider profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review provider information and coordinate updates or corrections when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure provider details and records are accurate and up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain quality standards while reviewing profiles and provider information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with service providers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate regular communication through calls, emails, meetings, and WhatsApp groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support awareness and implementation of organizational policies during provider interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in responding to provider queries and follow-ups in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Events, Networking &amp; Community Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support planning and coordination of networking initiatives, webinars, Meet &amp; Greet sessions, and awareness events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams for outreach campaigns and community engagement activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in maintaining participation records, feedback, and event documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
