The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build scalable people systems while ensuring an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen HR processes, drive employee engagement, support managers, and build a strong performance and learning culture aligned with Nayi Disha\u2019s mission and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Job Description<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. HR Strategy &amp; Organizational Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and strengthen HR systems, processes, and organizational structures aligned with organizational growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organization design, role structuring, and succession planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive organizational development initiatives focused on culture, collaboration, accountability, and employee well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support long-term people strategy and institutional strengthening initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across departments and levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop hiring strategies to attract mission-aligned talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth employee integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with managers on manpower planning and hiring priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Performance Management &amp; Employee Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement learning and development initiatives across teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support managers in team development, coaching, and people management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build frameworks for career progression and leadership development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, reimbursements, documentation, employee records, contracts, and exit processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure implementation and regular review of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and optimize HRMS platforms and employee data systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a transparent, inclusive, and people-first organizational culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, AMAs, recognition practices, and organization-wide events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address employee concerns with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on people and culture matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support managers in decision-making related to team dynamics, performance, and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to organization-wide planning, culture-building, and change management initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement organization-wide learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee growth needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify capability gaps across teams and create structured learning pathways for employees and managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track training effectiveness, learning outcomes, and employee development progress through structured review mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs) and support career progression conversations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Desired Profile<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>1. Knowledge<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred-MBA \/ PGDM with specialization in Human Resources or PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in HRM) from recognized institutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in HRMS, &#8211; specifically KEKA, payroll systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of talent management, recruitment strategies, and learning &amp; development programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>2. Specific Skills<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conflict resolution, problem solving, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>3.
