मीरा सेंटर फॉर म्यूजिक थेरेपी, एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च एक संगठन है जहाँ संगीत को एक समग्र दृष्टिकोण के साथ सिखाया जाता है। थोलिस्टिक डे केयर सेंटर विशेष रूप से सक्षम लड़कियों - जैसे कम आईक्यू, धीमी सीखने, ऑटिज़्म, व्यवहार संबंधी समस्याओं आदि वाले बच्चों के लिए स्थापित किया गया है, जो 12 वर्ष और उससे अधिक आयु के हैं।

Professional counseling, Music Therapy(Vocal and Instrumental), yoga, prayer, meditation, literacy, drawing, painting, dance, arts, crafts and other brain stimulating activities.
Income generating acitivities are also a part of the course with an aim to make the girls self reliant.
Professional guidance and services of psychiatrists, psychologists and counselors are also being provided in their centre.
