    Therapists are good but facility is not up to mark. Waiting area is congested, and corridor is not kids safe. Not properly fenced. Kid needs to be continually monitored while waiting for session.

    Money minded, unorganized, don't care about the child.

    "O.T. is a little okay but I was not satisfied with other therapies. I felt it was a waste of my time and money. Although there is no strict rule that does not allow parent to sit with the child, yet there is no attempt made to involve parents in the therapies and they are always kept aloof. The program does not seem family centric. I do not think this is in interest of the child. Top of it, there are no proper assessments and reviews. Do not expect to get an appropriate answer if you ask about your child's progress. DISSATISFIED with the services. "

    I had a very good experience with Total solutions Bowenpally. My child was there for one year. There is lot of change in her with OT. Her sensory issues have come down. Hyper activity reduced to some extent.
