Parent self-care – How to look after your mental health when your child has a developmental disability?

Ummeed Child Development Center, Mumbai has created an informative video that highlights the need for families to look after themselves and prioritize their own physical and mental health when raising a child. Special attention and care is needed for self-care and management of stress of the parent, when the child has a developmental disability.

Caring for a child with a developmental disability can sometimes seem overwhelming.  Parents may feel stressed and anxious.
