Does Cerebral Palsy(CP) cause behavioral issues such as aggression in a child?

Cerebral Palsy (CP) by itself does not cause aggression. CP is a disorder of locomotion. Children with CP may have other co-existing conditions such as Autism, which may contribute to behavior problems.
