Provider Description/Summary: 

Manas was established with the purpose of providing life skills and special education to children with special needs. The centre caters to children who are 11 years old or above. The main focus is given to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The centre focuses on practical learning rather than text based learning to provide the children a better idea of what happens in day to day lives. The main program includes Vocational Training, Occupational Therapy and Respite Therapy. The students are made to do fun and informative activities throughout the day. Residential facility is also provided by the centre. Apart from that children are also exposed to music therapy, physiotherapy, yoga, speech therapy, field trips, outings, walks, organic farming and gardening. The school fee for Residential students is Rs. 17,000 and for Non Residential students, it is Rs. 3,500. No additional fee for therapy sessions is required as it is already included in the school fees. The staff consists of well trained professionals who are dedicated to the wholesome and overall development of the children.
